- Certificate: F/357//B(U)F-96 valid till April 3Oth, 2007 - Validated in Belgium, Denmark and Australia - Validation in progress in Germany and USA
- Different type of baskets (MTR 68 – MTR 52 – MTR 44, …) - Auxiliary transport equipments (i.e. chassis, handling lifting beam, IP2 tool box, ISO 20’ open top transport containers)
- External dimensions with impact limiters: H 2.008 mm – D 2.080 mm – W 23.400 kg (max. loaded) It is the same as cross weight? - Useful dimensions: Cavity height: 1.080 mm Useful cavity diameter: 960 mm
The TN-MTR allows the transport of: - Up to 68 irradiated MTR fuel elements (U3Si2; UAl; U3O8) – Enrichment up to 95 % – Burn up up to 680 GWd/t – Cooling time minimum 1 year. - Irradiated TRIGA fuel elements. Depending on the material to be transported, analysis has to be made case by case, Please contact COGEMA LOGISTICS with main characteristics of the material concerned
